This zoom event will include ample opportunity for interactions in breakout groups and with the panelists.

Biographies

Mark D Ziska currently serves as the Chair of the Arizona State Personnel Board as the human resource industry representative to the five member state board. He’s also the former Senior Director (VP) of Human Resources for Raytheon, the world’s leading developer and manufacturer of advanced missile and directed energy systems.

 

 

 

Ramon Batista has 34 years of experience in policing, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Safety and Homeland Security and a Master of Science degree in Leadership from Grand Canyon University. The former Police Chief of a large US city, a Fellow at the National Police Foundation, a current member of the Police Executive Research Forum, PERF; and a graduate of the Senior Management Institute for Police, Federal Bureau of Investigation National Academy and many others.

 

 

Barbara Williams, EdD, Director of Bureau Kensington (BKI), a consulting practice working with movement building and feminist networks and organizations internationally from a psychoanalytic perspective. She is a member of ISPSO, OPUS and AKRI as well as a guest of the Toronto Psychoanalytic Society and coordinator of Impact for Community Insight (www.ici-ici.ca) a group relations network offering GR conferences and consulting training in Toronto and is an Associate Editor of the Journal of Organizational and Social Dynamics.

 

 

Dr. Tamara Lyn (Tammy) is a licensed psychologist and the Warden of a federal prison. Tammy holds a Masters and a PhD in psychology from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She graduated from Harvard-Radcliffe with honors in Sociology and Afro-American Studies. Tammy is on the editorial board of The Psychology of Leaders and Leadership, is a reviewer for the Journal of Sexual Aggression, and has published in peer reviewed academic journals. She is the Past President of the Society of Psychologists in Leadership and a member of the Association of Women Executives in Corrections, the American Psychological Association, the Psychological Services Section of the International Association of Chiefs of Police, and other professional organizations.
