The ISPSO Annual Symposium aims to:

1. Be the premier forum in the world for the discussion of the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations, through the presentation and discussion of high quality papers.

2. Provide members and non-members interested in the work of the Society with a forum for meeting and networking.

3. Be a forum engaging in 'reflective practice' and (positive) 'critical thinking', where participants have time and space to reflect on ongoing learning from the papers and their relevance to theory and practice.

4. Encourage participants to more fully engage with the psychoanalytic study of organizations and incorporate it into their own work.
