Kenneth Eisold
Kenneth Eisold, Ph.D. is a psychoanalyst and organizational consultant. As an analyst, he often works with individuals who are negotiating career transitions or rethinking their work roles. As a consultant, he works primarily with organizations of professionals: academic departments, law firms, training institutes, hospital departments, as well as professional organizations. Past Director of the Organizational Program at the William Alanson White Institute in New York, he teaches and supervises there currently and also serves as an Institute Fellow. He is also a Fellow of the A.K. Rice Institute, and has been active in Group Relations conferences in the U.S., directing the National Conference for three years, working as well on conference staffs in England, Australia and Israel.

He has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the City University in New York, as well as a Doctorate in English and Comparative Literature from Columbia University. His psychoanalytic training was at the White Institute.

His special interest is in the organizational life of psychoanalysis, having written extensively on the subject as well as serving as a consultant to several training institutes.

Currently President Elect of ISPSO, he also serves as Chair of the Membership Committee. Over the past 8 years, he has given papers at Symposiums in New York, London, Toronto, and Paris, as well as offering a Professional Development Workshop in Jerusalem.
