I am a practicing psychotherapist, board advisor and organizational consultant working mainly with professional services firms, executives and teams all over Europe. In my past career, I worked at firms like Baker & McKenzie and Deloitte. At Red Bull, I was heading the General Legal Department for Europe, Russia and CIS, managing legal operations in 48 countries and working on the company's global legal strategies. I studied change and system psychodynamic theory at INSEAD Business School (EMC), law at YALE Law School and the University of Vienna (JD, LL.M., PhD) and psychotherapy (integrative therapy) at the Austrian Association for Group Therapy and Group Dynamics.
